Market Research Telephone Interviewer

Bright, articulate, energetic, and self-motivated individuals are wanted for part-time positions to collect market research data over the telephone. This position involves no sales.

Our Market Research Telephone Interviewers are not involved in sales or promotional work of any sort for Creative Consumer Research or any of our clients.

Applicants must be able to:

  • Type at least 40 wpm
  • Speak clearly with accurate pronunciation
  • Complete a spelling test
  • Complete a reading test
  • Complete a telephone practice test
  • Provide a picture identification
  • Provide a valid social security number
  • Pass a criminal background check

This position is ideal for those who need a flexible schedule, including retirees, college students, parents of children in school, or those seeking secondary employment. Bilingual opportunities are available.

This is an at-will position, meaning that schedules are based on current project requirements and number of hours per week are not guaranteed.

Market Research Telephone Interviewer Pay Scale

Interviewers are paid on a per-survey basis with flat rates defined by length of survey and difficulty of target market taken into consideration. There is a guarantee of $10.00 per hour as a base pay. Interviewers are required to be able to maintain a satisfactory production rate after the initial training period of one month in order to continue employment with Creative Consumer Research.

Current average pay rates are $11.00 to $15.00 per hour.
